abstract Disclosed is a microcellulose-based fiber-containing resin composition in which fibers are evenly dispersed in a resin, and the flowability and moldability of a resin composition containing the fibers are high. In a mixer having rotating blades, a microcellulose system having an average fiber length (L) of 0.01 to 2 mm, an average fiber diameter (D) of 0.001 to 1 μm, and a water content of 0.1 to 20% by weight. A production method comprising a high-speed stirring step of adding a fiber assembly and a thermoplastic resin and stirring at high speed to prepare a mixture of the two, and a low-speed stirring step of granulating by stirring at low speed while cooling the obtained mixture with a mixer To produce a resin composition containing fine cellulose fibers. The microcellulosic fiber aggregate is a microfibrillation step in which an aqueous dispersion of cellulosic fibers is microfibrillated with a high-pressure homogenizer, and the aqueous dispersion of microfibrillated microcellulosic fibers is replaced with a hydrophilic organic solvent.
