titleOfInvention | LAMINATE MANUFACTURING METHOD, LAMINATE, AND SUS SUBSTRATE |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve adhesion at an interface in a laminate in which a SUS foil layer and a liquid crystal polymer layer are laminated. A SUS foil layer is formed by chemically roughening the surface of a SUS foil so that the ten-point average height is 40 nm or more. On the other hand, a liquid crystal polymer solution is prepared by dissolving a liquid crystal polymer in an aprotic solvent not containing a halogen atom. Next, this liquid crystal polymer solution is applied onto the SUS foil layer 2. Finally, the aprotic solvent contained in the liquid crystal polymer solution is removed to form the liquid crystal polymer layer 3. Thereby, the adhesiveness of the SUS foil layer 2 and the liquid crystal polymer layer 3 can be improved without causing the problem of high corrosivity and difficulty in handling.
