titleOfInvention | Electrophotographic photosensitive member, electrophotographic photosensitive member cartridge, and image forming apparatus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Many charge generation materials and organic photoconductive materials are known, and if only a highly sensitive charge generation material is used in combination with a charge transport material having high mobility and low residual potential. However, it is not possible to obtain a photoreceptor having the best characteristics. Provided is an electrophotographic photosensitive member that has high sensitivity and low residual potential electrical characteristics and can form a high-performance and high-quality image by combining an appropriate charge generation material and charge transport material. An electrophotographic photosensitive member characterized in that a photosensitive layer of an electrophotographic photosensitive member contains a metal-containing phthalocyanine as a charge generating substance and an electrotransport material having a naphthyl group.
