titleOfInvention | Highly conductive fluororubber composition containing carbon black |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororubber composition having high conductivity and favorable mechanical properties as a rubber while imparting conductivity by blending carbon black. SOLUTION: A ternary fluororubber capable of peroxide cross-linking is blended with carbon black, a polyfunctional unsaturated compound as a cross-linking agent, and an organic peroxide as a cross-linking accelerator to reduce the order of surface resistance. A carbon black-containing highly conductive fluororubber composition of 1000Ω or less is obtained. Since the carbon black-containing highly conductive fluororubber composition of the present invention can adjust the electric resistance even by changing the blending amount of the polyfunctional unsaturated compound, the conductivity and rubber hardness (other various rubber properties) can be adjusted within a wider range. Conductive fluororubber with both properties adjusted to the desired properties can be obtained. [Selection] Fig. 1 |
