Method for producing fluorescent hydrogel beads |
abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing fluorescent hydrogel beads that is excellent in detectability of saccharides such as glucose and is minimally invasive. The method includes the steps of: (a) forming a water droplet from an aqueous solution containing a fluorescent monomer compound having a structure represented by the following chemical formula 1 and a polymerizable monomer having a (meth) acrylamide residue. It is a manufacturing method of a gel bead. [Selection figure] None |
