titleOfInvention | Method for producing polycarbonate composition, composition from the method, and molded article thereof |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a method for producing a composition of a polycarbonate and a layered silicate derived from a bifunctional alcohol having excellent practical properties and such a composition. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for producing the polycarbonate composition having good transparency and such a composition. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polycarbonate composition derived from a bifunctional alcohol, which has good characteristics even when a layered silicate that is not substantially organically treated is blended. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polycarbonate composition in which the raw material for deriving the polycarbonate can be produced from a substance originating from a living organism such as a plant. A polycarbonate comprising 0.01 to 50 parts by weight of a layered silicate (B component) having a cation exchange capacity of 50 to 200 meq / 100 g per 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate (A component). A method for producing a composition comprising: (I) The component A contains a carbonate structural unit derived from a difunctional alcohol (component A-1) in an amount of 10 mol% or more in 100 mol% of all the structural units, (II) The component B is a layered silicate that is substantially not organically treated with less than 1 part by weight of the organic agent per 100 parts by weight of the layered silicate, (III) The component B is (III-1) a method for producing the component A by a melt polymerization reaction with stirring in the presence of the component B and a difunctional alcohol (component A-1), and / or Or (III-2) A method for producing a polycarbonate composition, wherein the component A and the component B are dispersed in the component A by a method of melt-kneading using an extruder.
