An object of the present invention is to provide a gas barrier property suitable for use in the medical field because it contains almost no harmful cross-linking agent, so that elution of the cross-linking agent into the liquid passing through the tube is suppressed and has excellent safety. Providing a medical tube that has excellent heat resistance and water resistance, and has extremely little deterioration in gas barrier properties even after heat sterilization. A medical tube comprising a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C), wherein the modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) is an unmodified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. (A) is obtained by modifying with an epoxy compound (B) having a double bond, and the amount of modification by the epoxy compound (B) is the monomer unit of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A). A medical tube having a gel fraction of 3 to 10% by mass with respect to 0.1 to 10 mol%, wherein at least a part of the modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) is crosslinked.
