abstract |
An improved diagnostic resolution of the digital slide image is obtained by scanning the first digital slide image with a diagnostic resolution and subsequently deconvolution into multiple independent images with one staining per image. The single stained image is processed by enhancement processing by image adjustment and / or an image analysis algorithm. A single image data group obtained from the image analysis algorithm can be stored.
