Molecular adapter |
abstract |
The present invention relates to transmembrane protein pores for use in the detection of analytes in a sample. The pore includes a molecular adapter that facilitates the interaction between the pore and the analyte. The adapter is covalently bonded to the pore in an orientation that allows the analyte to be detected using the pore. |
