abstract |
The present invention provides a first polymerization step in which a monomer M is substantially reacted by radical atom transfer polymerization in a mixture containing a transition metal salt, at least a bidentate ligand, an atom transfer polymerization initiator, a reducing agent and the monomer M. And silyl group-substituted monomer S is added to the mixture resulting from the first polymerization step, and silyl group-substituted monomer S is radical atom transfer polymerized in the mixture resulting from the first polymerization step. Relates to a method for producing a polymer mixture having a second polymerization step to be reacted. The resulting polymer mixture is used as a binder additive for sealants. |
