titleOfInvention | Cell-permeable p18 recombinant protein, polynucleotide encoding the same, and anticancer composition containing the same as an active ingredient |
abstract | The present invention relates to a p18 recombinant protein having a macromolecular transduction domain (MTD) fused to a tumor suppressor p18 and having cell permeability, a polynucleotide encoding the cell-permeable p18 recombinant protein, and the cell-permeable p18 group. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for an anticancer agent for treating p18 deficiency or loss of function, which comprises an expression vector for a replacement protein and the cell-permeable p18 recombinant protein as an active ingredient. The cell-permeable p18 recombinant protein of the present invention transmits p18, a haploinsufficient tumor suppressor, into cells, and activates ATM and p53 to induce cell cycle inhibition and apoptosis by DNA damage or tumorigenic signals. Since the related signal transmission mechanism is effectively reactivated, the composition containing this as an active ingredient is useful as an anticancer agent. |
