The invention features a method of treating cancer by administering a double stranded nucleic acid molecule against a CX gene selected from the group consisting of C14orf78, MYBL2, UBE2S and UBE2T. The invention also features products comprising a double-stranded nucleic acid molecule and a vector encoding it as well as a composition comprising a molecule or vector effective in the above methods. The method of the present invention is suitable for the treatment of cancers including lung cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, esophageal cancer, prostate cancer, cholangiocellular carcinoma and testicular seminoma. |
