abstract | The present invention relates to a solar cell having a porous structure and a method for manufacturing the solar cell, and has a porous structure in which a plurality of holes are formed on a silicon substrate in a first impurity region. A solar cell including a semiconductor layer doped in a different second impurity region, and in particular, a high-concentration first impurity is present between the silicon substrate in the first impurity region and the semiconductor layer in the second impurity region. The solar cell further includes a doped semiconductor layer of a first impurity, and can further form a passivation layer and an antireflection film for passivating the silicon substrate on the surface of the porous structure. |
