titleOfInvention | Thiazoles and pyrazoles useful as kinase inhibitors |
abstract | Aurora proteins are a group of three related serine / threonine kinases (referred to as Aurora-A, -B, and -C) that are essential for cell cycle mitotic progression. Aurora-A, -B or -C overexpression has been observed in various human cancers including colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer and invasive adenocarcinoma. The present invention relates to compounds useful as inhibitors of Aurora protein kinases. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising these compounds and methods of using these compounds and compositions in the treatment of various diseases, conditions, and disorders. The present invention also provides a process for preparing the compounds of the present invention. |
