titleOfInvention Artificial tooth root system
abstract The present invention relates to an artificial dental root system comprising an implant and a superstructure (10; crown, bridge, etc.). The implant is made from one piece and extends from the bone region to the height of the adjacent surface of the gingival process. The intra-osseous region (1, 2) and gingival transition region (3) of the implant are formed according to anatomically detected patient data. As a result, the intraosseous region fits exactly with the jaw crest and fully compensates for bone dehiscence caused by implantation. Correspondingly, the gingival transition region (3) fills the gingival cavity. The superstructure (10) is joined over the entire surface with the implant head (4) which transitions to the gingiva, these two filling the rest of the gingival cavity and also the prosthetic mounting pin (7) To fix the implant. Such a conforming surface structure allows complete healing in the intraosseous region and the gingival transition region. Generation of gingival pockets is completely prevented. In this artificial tooth root system, a slight movement cannot occur due to the structure. Furthermore, optimal force distribution is guaranteed. The intra-osseous region of the implant can also be formed in a shape that is not rotationally symmetric.
