Apocrine cell line |
abstract |
Apocrine cells are isolated from primary tissue, the isolated cells are cultured in a first medium, unattached cells are removed from the first medium, and the unattached cells are placed in a second medium containing an effective concentration of phorbol ester. The apocrine cell line is thus obtained by the process of establishing an apocrine cell line that exhibits long-term growth ability and infinite growth after a number of cultures. |
