abstract Provided herein are compositions and methods for targeted ablation of avoidance of variability to cancer therapeutics. A composition comprising a yeast-based vehicle is used in combination with other cancer therapeutic agents. In one aspect, the therapeutic agents of the invention include tyrosine kinase inhibitors, Src kinase inhibitors, agents that affect Bcr-Abl stability, and agents that act in signal transduction pathways downstream of Bcr-Abl, and the following: i) at least one variant polypeptide associated with cancer, a fragment thereof comprising a mutation or a yeast vehicle comprising a nucleic acid encoding a mimetop; ii) at least one variant polypeptide associated with cancer, a fragment thereof comprising a mutation, or Selected from the group consisting of a composition comprising one or more of a yeast vehicle or the like comprising a mimetope.
