titleOfInvention Method and system for utilizing bioresponse consistency as a measure of media performance
abstract Various embodiments of the present invention create a new system that evaluates media events based on the emotional intensity a viewer feels for the event. The viewer's response to the media can be measured and calculated via a physiological sensor. Media strength metrics are created based on the mathematical consistency of all appropriate physiological response changes (ups and downs) across multiple viewers. As there is a strong correlation between the high consistency of physiological responses (all viewers feel the same at the same time) and strong evaluation of emotions, engagement, preferences, market or screen success A good assessment provides an objective ability to compare the intensity of media events.
