titleOfInvention | Enantioselective synthesis of 6-amino-7-hydroxy-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-imidazo [4,5,1-JK] [1] -benzazepin-2 [1H] -one and zilpaterol |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for hydrogenating ketoximes to selectively form aminoalcohol stereoisomers, and in particular, 4,5-dihydro-imidazo [4,5,1-jk] [1] benzazepine-2. , 6,7 [1H] -trione-6-oxime or salts thereof to give 6-amino-7-hydroxy-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-imidazo [4,5,1-jk] [ 1] -Benzazepine-2 [1H] -one relates to a method for selectively forming stereoisomers or salts thereof. The present invention relates to 6-amino-7-hydroxy-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-imidazo [4,5,1-jk] [1 for the selective production of steric isomers of zilpaterol or salts thereof. It also relates to the use of hydrogenated products of benzoazepine-2 [1H] -one or their salts and the use of such zilpaterol stereoisomers or salts in therapeutic methods and medicine for animals. |
