titleOfInvention Capacity pump
abstract In one embodiment, a volumetric pump in a medical fluid delivery system comprises at least one piston in a hollow cylindrical section, the pump being at least one inlet port, during the piston in-stroke. An inlet port through which medical fluid can be drawn into the pump chamber and at least one outlet port through which the medical fluid can be discharged during the piston outstroke. The piston or hollow cylinder can be actuated directly or indirectly by the rotor. This rotor, on the one hand, transmits bidirectional linear motion to the piston or cylinder, and on the other hand, transmits bidirectional angular motion to either the piston or another rotatable element, alternating the inlet and outlet ports. Open and close.
