abstract The array advancement device that attaches to the tissue ablation probe includes a housing that receives the handle and is dimensioned to reciprocate the plunger of the ablation probe. The housing has a proximal end configured to engage the plunger and a distal end configured to engage the handle. The housing base end portion can be controlled to move with respect to the housing front end portion, thereby moving the plunger with respect to the handle.
