Method for reducing cholesterol using hydrophobic microparticles and mixtures produced by the method |
abstract |
The present invention provides a diet with reduced cholesterol. SOLUTION: The cholesterol-reduced feed of the present invention has a plurality of synthetic particles, and each of the synthetic particles has chitosan chemically bonded to an anionic surfactant or a nonionic surfactant. The method for providing a cholesterol-reduced feed of the present invention comprises (a) preparing chitosan particles, and (b) mixing the chitosan particles with an acid for at least 1 hour to obtain a first solution; (C) preparing a second solution having an anionic or non-ionic surfactant; and (d) mixing the first solution and the second solution in an acidic state and chemically bonding to the surfactant. Obtaining chitosan-surfactant synthetic particles with chitosan, and (e) generating powder from the chitosan-surfactant synthetic particles. [Selection] Figure 1 |
