titleOfInvention | Method for producing functional mycelium of yamabushitake using rice bran or red ginseng as substrate, and functional mycelium of yamabushitake containing active ingredients of rice bran or red ginseng produced using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional mycelium of Yamabushitake using a rice bran or red ginseng as a substrate, and a functional mycelium of Yamabushitake containing an active ingredient of rice bran or red ginseng produced using the same. Increase the production of functional mycelium using liquid culture method and rice bran or red ginseng extract. Provided is a method for producing a functional mycelium of Yamabushitake, which is obtained by adding a rice bran or red ginseng extract to a primary culture solution of Yamabushitake, and a functional mycelium of Yamabushitake produced using the method. By solving problems such as high cost, low productivity problems and quality heterogeneity in the solid culture method, quality change during distribution, etc., functional mycelium of Yamabushitake with excellent quality can be obtained at low cost. In addition to being able to be mass-produced, the extract of rice bran or red ginseng used as a substrate has effects such as treatment of senile diseases, cancer, immune system diseases and brain function activity. |
