Mesoporous electrodes for electrochemical cells |
abstract |
Hybrid supercapacitors are equipped with a double layer electrode and a redox electrode, and the volume of these two electrodes (double layer electrode and redox electrode), and thus the ratio of thickness, has previously been considered optimal. The ratio is much higher than the average, specifically 9: 1 to 100: 1. The active material is of a porous structure with a periodic array of pores with a defined well-defined topology or architecture. The mesoporous material of the electrode can be prepared with a liquid crystal template. |
