abstract |
The present invention provides novel human protein antigens and related antibodies identified as specifically expressed in association with human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA). In particular, novel phosphorylated α-enolase isoforms have been identified in pancreatic-derived transformed cell lines, and antibodies that bind to such isoforms are specifically expressed in the serum of PDA patients. Exists. These proteins and antibodies may be useful for the diagnosis and treatment of PDAs and other cancers with common molecular functions. |
