abstract | The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a metal compound that can be chelated with an HDAC inhibitor. In one embodiment, the present invention provides a method of treating cancer and reducing the side effects of HDAC inhibitors by administering the pharmaceutical composition. In another embodiment, the present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a metal HDAC inhibitor chelate complex. In another embodiment, the present invention provides a method of treating cancer by administering the pharmaceutical composition.
