And at least one flavor or aroma. Here, the sweetening composition has the following properties. i) a volume greater than about 0.03 cm 3 per gram of SES, ii) requires a pressure of less than about 200 g / mm 2 to be crushed into smaller solid particles, and iii) about 3 per gram of SES Contains less than kilocalories. There is also a method for customizing the taste of food by using such a sweetening composition, a kit containing such a sweetening composition, and a method for customizing the taste of food by using such a kit. Provided. Also provided are methods for evaluating an individual's sweetness profile using such a kit, and customized sweetness transport systems designed using such a method. |
