The present invention relates to a high bond strength composite material formed from at least one polymer and at least one compound selected from inorganic oxides, aluminosilicates and activated carbon. The composite material is formed by pores having an average particle size of at least 100 μm and a diameter of 3.6 to 1000 nm, and is exposed to a pore volume (Vd1) equal to at least 0.2 cm 3 / g and an air pressure of 2 bar. And having a binding strength such that the content of particles with a size of less than 100 μm obtained after being less than 1.5% by volume, preferably 0.0%. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the composite material. The invention also relates to the use of this composite material as a liquid carrier, catalyst carrier, additive, or in particular for liquid or gas filtration in cigarettes. |
