Promiscuous PAPCD4 T cell epitope |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the discovery of a novel T cell epitope of human prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) protein that is promiscuous for at least 15 different HLA-DR alleles. The present invention also relates to compositions containing one of the novel epitopes or a fusion peptide of such an epitope and a heterologous polypeptide. Further disclosed herein are the use of an epitope or fusion peptide thereof and compositions containing the epitope or fusion peptide thereof. |
