abstract | Provided is a solid polymer electrolyte membrane having low methanol permeability and effective for DMFC in which pores of a porous membrane are filled with a proton conductive polymer substance. SOLUTION: An inexpensive porous film such as polyimide having a pore diameter of 0.3 μm or less formed by ion perforation and an elastic modulus of 1000 MPa or more is provided with a monomer-derived unit having at least a proton acid group and a molecule. An electrolyte membrane filled with a polymer material having proton conductivity with a molar ratio of 95: 5 to 50:50 with a monomer-derived unit that contains a nitrogen atom and does not have a protonic acid group, and requires a complicated process.
