PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin covering sheet for impregnating a cosmetic material having an appropriate stretchability and a face mask using the same. By applying hydroentanglement treatment to a laminate in which a fiber layer made of staple fibers is laminated on at least one surface of at least one surface of a long-fiber nonwoven fabric having elasticity in at least one direction. The long fiber nonwoven fabric and the staple fiber are entangled and integrated to obtain a skin-coated sheet for impregnating cosmetics. By cutting so that the stretchable direction of the covering sheet is positioned in the lateral direction of the face, a face mask having a high fit to the part to be applied and a good handleability is obtained.
