abstract Disclosed is a paste extrusion molding method and a paste extrusion molding that can effectively reduce an increase in extrusion pressure even when the content of a filler is high. A paste extrusion molding method according to the present invention is to prepare a polytetrafluoroethylene composition containing polytetrafluoroethylene, a filler, and an organic liquid auxiliary agent, and paste the polytetrafluoroethylene composition into the paste. A method of extrusion molding, wherein the polytetrafluoroethylene composition contains a surfactant having a hydrocarbon chain with 3 to 40 carbon atoms as an extrusion pressure reducing agent together with 15 to 60% by volume of the filler.
