titleOfInvention | Memory controller, system, and semiconductor memory access control method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve access efficiency of a semiconductor memory and improve system performance. A rearrangement determination unit activates a rearrangement signal when an access request address for wrap-accessing at least one memory block which is an access unit of a semiconductor memory is different from a head address of the memory block. The address conversion unit sets the start address of the memory block as the access start address when the rearrangement signal is activated. When the rearrangement signal is activated, the read data rearrangement unit rearranges the read data sequentially read from the semiconductor memory according to the access start address with the read data corresponding to the access request address as the head. The bus output unit outputs the rearranged read data to the external read bus. As a result, the access efficiency of the semiconductor memory can be improved, and the system performance can be improved. [Selection] Figure 1 |
