abstract An object of the present invention is to capture chloride ions and suppress corrosion. SOLUTION: Metal silver which reacts with chloride ions to form a salt of chloride ions which is hardly soluble in water or water vapor present in pipes or equipment, and where water or water vapor exists, Or it is solved by the chloride ion capturing member 1a provided on the water or water vapor side of the gasket 2 together with the gasket 2 containing chloride ions so as to come into contact with water vapor. The chloride ion capturing member 1a is configured as a member that is in contact with the inner periphery of the gasket 2 and is provided over the entire circumferential direction of the gasket 2 and is annular and continuous in the circumferential direction.
