abstract To provide a fruit-containing hard candy capable of suppressing the stickiness of dried fruit, enhancing its preservability, and eating more deliciously, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Contains 40% by weight or more of dried fruit, 1-15% by weight of fats and oils, 5-15% by weight of moisture, 0.1-10% by weight of gelling agent, and 0% of cellulose derivatives. It consists of a processed fruit product part characterized by being 1% to 5% by weight and a hard candy part having a water content of less than 5% by weight, and the ratio of the surface area of the processed fruit product part to the hard candy part surface area is 1. : 20-5: 1 fruit-containing hard candy. The fruit-containing hard candy is processed into a minced dried fruit, added with fats and oils and a swollen gelling agent, mixed with a cellulose derivative to prepare a processed fruit product, and extruded the processed fruit product.
