titleOfInvention | Automotive interior materials and automotive interior parts |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce by using a foam sheet made of a thermoplastic resin as a base material, which does not contain glass fiber, etc., is extremely light weight, low in cost, has stable quality and environmental compatibility, and can shorten the molding heating time. To obtain automotive interior materials and automotive interior parts with excellent properties. SOLUTION: A laminated foam sheet for an automotive interior material in which a non-foamed layer made of a thermoplastic resin is laminated on both sides of a foamed layer obtained by extrusion foam molding of a thermoplastic resin is used as an indoor non-foamed layer. In a car interior material in which an outer skin non-foamed layer is laminated with an anti-noise material via a latex adhesive on the outdoor non-foam layer, the latex adhesive contains a far-infrared absorber. This makes it possible to shorten the heating time, shorten the molding cycle, improve productivity, do not contain glass fiber, are lightweight, low-cost, and have stable quality and environmental compatibility. And automobile interior parts can be obtained. [Selection] Figure 1 |
