titleOfInvention | Porous film-forming coating material and porous film |
abstract | A porous structure which can obtain a high collection efficiency of particulate matter and has low pressure loss even when the amount of particulate matter deposited is small on the partition wall surface of a honeycomb structure type filter constituting an exhaust gas purification filter such as DPF. Provided is a coating material for forming a porous film capable of forming a porous film. The porous film-forming coating material of the present invention forms a porous film having an average pore diameter smaller than the average pore diameter of the porous support on the surface of the porous support of the honeycomb structure type filter. The coating material includes a fine particle containing at least an oxide and silver and a dispersion medium, and the fine particle has a specific surface area of 1 m 2 / g or more and 125 m 2 / g or less, and a tapping bulk. The density is 0.1 g / cm 3 or more and 2.0 g / cm 3 or less, the average secondary particle diameter in the paint is 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less, and the viscosity of the paint is 2 mPa · s or more and 1000 mPa · s. s or less.
