Clear toner and image forming method |
abstract |
Provided is a clear toner that forms a smooth glossy surface having image clarity even when a clear toner layer is formed with a deteriorated belt, and an image forming method using the clear toner. An image forming method including a step of forming a clear toner layer on an image support by heating and cooling the clear toner in a state where an image support carrying a toner image and a clear toner is in close contact with a belt. The clear toner comprises at least one of a resin comprising at least a polyester and a styrene acrylic copolymer, a monoester compound represented by the following general formula (1), a branched structure and a cyclic structure. An image forming method comprising at least a hydrocarbon compound having one structure. Formula (1): R 1 -COO- R 2 [Wherein, R 1 and R 2 are each a hydrocarbon group having 13 to 30 carbon atoms, and each may have a substituent, and may be the same or different. ] [Selection] Figure 1 |
