The present invention provides a polyacetal resin composition having excellent rigidity, thermal conductivity, slidability, and vibration damping properties, low specific gravity, and low ash content. SOLUTION: (a) 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin, (b) 10 to 150 parts by weight of fibrillated cellulose fibers, (c) 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of a hindered phenolic antioxidant and ( d) A cellulose fiber reinforced polyacetal resin composition containing 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from aminotriazine compounds, guanamine compounds, hydrazide compounds and polyamides.
