titleOfInvention | Continuous production method of resin sheet |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an active energy ray-polymerizable liquid onto a running belt and cover the film thereon to cure the liquid to continuously produce a resin sheet. A manufacturing method is provided. An active energy ray polymerizable liquid is supplied onto a running belt, an active energy ray permeable film is placed on the supplied active energy ray polymerizable liquid, and a gas is jetted onto the film. After removing the foreign matter on the film, the active energy ray polymerizable liquid is irradiated on the active energy ray polymerizable liquid from above the film to cure the active energy ray polymerizable liquid to form a sheet-like transparent resin sheet This is a method for continuously producing a product.
