abstract The present invention provides a clear coating composition having flexibility that can withstand impacts and changes in the shape of an object to be coated without impairing the visibility of the object to be coated over a long period of time, and a coated article comprising the same. A clear coating composition includes a resin composition containing a hydroxyl group-containing fluororesin and an isocyanate curing agent, a fluorosurfactant, an ultraviolet absorber, an organosilicate compound, and a solvent. In the composition, the isocyanate curing agent is a reaction product having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 10,000 in which an isocyanate compound (A) and a lactone polyol (B) are urethane-bonded.
