[PROBLEMS] To use a polylactic acid resin and an aromatic polyester resin, which are biomass resins with high environmental impact reduction effects, as a resin component, and to have hydrolysis resistance that can be applied to industrial materials such as electrical, electronic and automotive parts. A resin composition is provided. SOLUTION: (A) Polylactic acid resin (component A) 95 to 5% by weight and (B) aromatic polyester resin (component B) 95 to 5% by weight of resin component 100 parts by weight with respect to (C) Hydrotalcite (component C) 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight, (D) terminal blocker (component D) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight, (E) hindered phenol stabilizer and phosphorus stabilizer A thermoplastic resin composition comprising 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of at least one heat stabilizer (E component) selected from the group consisting of agents.
