titleOfInvention Ionization analyzer and ionization analysis method
abstract [PROBLEMS] To measure the component composition of combustion gas and atmospheric gas on site and in real time, including target isomer identification, completely identify and measure with high sensitivity at the ppt level, at almost the same timing. Provided are an analyzer and an analysis method capable of grasping the mass number distribution of other target molecule groups present in a sample. An ionization analyzer 1 that ionizes and analyzes a target molecule group with one photon at a time includes an ionization unit 20, a laser irradiation system 30, and an analysis detection unit (a mass analysis unit 40, an ion detection unit 50). The ionization unit 20 ionizes a predetermined target molecule group while performing isomer identification of the target molecule by irradiating the ultraviolet laser beam 33 and the vacuum ultraviolet laser beam 34 of the laser irradiation system 30 almost simultaneously. Then, the ions ionized by the ionization unit 20 are detected by mass analysis at the analysis detection unit. [Selection] Figure 1
