An anchor fixing material in which a hydraulic substance is sealed in heatron paper. Heatron paper has grain. The grain has a width direction and a length direction, and there is a horizontal line having a tensile strength of 1 N / 15 mm or less in the width direction, and a vertical line having a tensile strength of 2 N / 15 mm or more in the length direction. The basis weight of the heatron paper is 5 to 100 g / m 2 . The hydraulic material contains cement, alkali metal carbonate, water reducing agent, water retention material and fine aggregate. A method for using an anchor fixing material, wherein the anchor fixing material is used as an anchor for fixing a rock fall protection net on a slope portion.
