titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for testing blood cholesterol
abstract A method and apparatus for non-invasively examining blood cholesterol. A step (a) of acquiring a first image by irradiating an inspection site with a test light that passes through a living body including a blood vessel, and a step of irradiating the test site with a test light after the step (a). A step (b) of acquiring an image, and a step (c) of comparing the first image and the second image to determine the blood cholesterol level. The inspection light is preferably near-infrared light having a wavelength selected from a range of 700 to 1200 nm, and the comparison between the first image and the second image in step (c) is the luminance of the first image and the second image. It is preferable to compare the brightness of the two. [Selection] Figure 3
