abstract | 【Task】 The present invention provides a sweetener composition that improves the taste of sweeteners and approximates the flavor of sugar. [Solution] There is provided a sweetener composition containing one or two high-intensity sweeteners selected from the group consisting of aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, stevia, licorice extract and saccharin and neotame. In the composition, for example, when the high-intensity sweetener is sucralose, it is contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.1 part by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of sucralose.
