titleOfInvention | Capacitor manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention provides a means for simultaneously obtaining a large number of capacitors having a narrow appearance capacity distribution with a semiconductor layer as one electrode. [Solution] In a capacitor manufacturing method in which a conductor having a dielectric layer formed on the surface is used as one electrode and the other electrode is formed by forming a semiconductor layer by an energization method, the capacitor has a plurality of current discharge type constant current sources. And using a jig having a connection terminal for the conductor electrically connected in series to each output thereof, connecting the conductor to the connection terminal, and supplying the constant current source in a semiconductor layer forming solution A method of manufacturing a capacitor, wherein a semiconductor layer is simultaneously formed on a plurality of the conductors by further energizing the conductors.
