abstract | To provide a photosensitive composition that is extremely excellent in storage stability, inexpensive, thin, low in resistance value, and capable of forming a high-definition pattern on a glass substrate and its use. A photosensitive composition comprising inorganic particles and a photosensitive resin component, wherein the inorganic particles contain one or more metal powders selected from (A) an aluminum powder and an aluminum alloy powder. The conductive resin component contains (C) an alkali-soluble resin, (D) a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate, (E) a photopolymerization initiator, (F) a solvent, and (G) a radical scavenger, and the metal powder (A) 50% by weight average particle size (D50) is 1.0 to 20.0 μm, and the radical scavenger (G) contains a phenol radical scavenger and a nitroso group-containing radical scavenger.
