titleOfInvention | Infrared sensor using torsional vibration and infrared sensor using torsional vibration. |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a resonance frequency and a Q value is not necessarily large because a conventional vibration type infrared sensor uses vibration that is displaced perpendicularly to the length direction of a beam. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to increase the sensitivity of the sensor. The present invention introduces a torsional vibration to an infrared sensor and uses a torsional vibration by utilizing a dynamical system in which the deformation of a vibrator caused by a temperature rise due to infrared absorption changes a resonance frequency or the like. An infrared sensor characterized by the above is realized. [Selection] Figure 1 |
