abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating cover capable of prolonging the usage time of a cooling tool when an object is cooled using the cooling tool. SOLUTION: A cylinder or bag made of a heat insulating sheet formed to include an aluminum layer so that a cooling agent can be taken in and out, and an opening for cooling the object on a part of a surface facing the object to be cooled A heat insulating cover for a cooling agent used in preparation for a cooling tool, in particular, the cooling agent and the heat insulating cover are flat, and an opening for cooling by leaving a peripheral edge of the side portion of the heat insulating cover. Using the formed heat insulation cover for the coolant, it is possible to prolong the usage time of the cooling tool, and to use the heat insulation cover that changes the shape, size, number, etc. of the openings for cooling the object.
